Mays for restaurants

Front and back of house, finally on the same app.

Line checks, schedules and the time clock, inventory and food cost, recipes and allergens, training and team chat. One app, one bill per location.

Sound familiar?

Five tools that don’t talk

A scheduling app, a checklist binder, a spreadsheet for counts, a group chat and a shared drive. Five logins, five bills.

“Does this have nuts?”

A guest asks, the server runs to the kitchen, and the answer depends on who’s cooking.

Food cost you see too late

Invoices pile up, counts are a month old, and the margin leak shows up on the P&L.

Questions

Does Mays connect to my POS?

Mays connects to Square today for sales by hour, which feeds labor planning. Ask us about your system on a walkthrough.

Do I pay for every employee?

No. Mays is one flat fee per location, never per user, so adding a new hire or a seasonal crew does not change the bill. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Staff use the Mays app on iPhone or Android, managers can also work from a browser, and a shared tablet can be the store’s time clock.

How do we get started?

Start a free pilot on one location. Add your team, pick the checklists you already run on paper, and the crew can be on Mays the same day.
